Chocolate Swirl Oatmeal Marble Cake in a Pan
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup milk
- 80 grams oat flour
- 80 grams almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 Tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons milk.

- Eggs
- Sweetener
- Vanilla Extract
- Milk
- Mix Dry ingredients
- oat flour
- almond flour
- baking powder
- Combine wet & dry ingredients
- Divide mixture into 2 parts
- Add to 1 of the separated dough sections
- cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons milk.
- Grease a frying pan with coconut or oil of your choice (I used a 10” skillet which makes a thin cake).
- Place parchment paper in the bottom of the pan
- Alternately add 1/4 cup of dough at a time
- Add a few grams of dark chocolate
- Add some lightly toasted walnuts
- Cover with a lid
- Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Top with more chocolate chips
- Cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes
