Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour

Directions

  • Oven 325°F
  • Cream
    • butter
    • brown sugar
    • white sugar
    • pumpkin pie spice
  • Add
    • 2 eggs
    • pumpkin puree
    • baking soda
    • baking powder
  • Fold in
    • flour
  • Prepare 2 loaf pans
  • Split batter in 1/2 and spread across both pans
  • Bake at 325°F for 65+ minutes until toothpick comes out clean
  • Cool for 15 mintues before removing from the pan
